Controls and performance
Separate a control response from the appliance’s actual performance. A lit display, an accepted button press and a completed operating cycle are three different observations worth describing.
Plan the service request
Include the appliance type, symptom and city or ZIP code. Mention a custom panel, stacked installation or limited access before the visit is arranged.
Understand the proposed work
The diagnostic/service call is $149, credited toward an approved repair. After diagnosis, you receive an itemized repair quote before work begins. Genuine OEM parts are used.
The 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty covers parts installed and labor performed under normal use. It excludes new unrelated faults, misuse, power surges and work performed by others after the visit.
